Common questions
Can I sign up for HEARTware?
No. HEARTware is invitation-only and not accepting new users. The codebase is a personal project published through Massfeller LLC for the household it was built for. See the HEARTware page.
Can my golf league use TPS League?
The platform is in active development for the May 2026 launch of its pilot league. If you run a women's traveling golf league and would like to be considered for an additional deployment after the pilot, write us. See the TPS League page.
Can I buy or build a M.A.S.S. Trap?
It's a personal hardware project. Firmware may be open-sourced in the future under a permissive license. The hardware is custom; we do not manufacture units for sale. See the M.A.S.S. Trap page.
Can my family use Homework Forensics?
The architecture supports multi-tenancy and may be extended to additional families if and when that demand emerges. Write us if your family's school uses Radix or a similar LMS and you want to be considered. See the Homework Forensics page.
How do I export or delete my data?
Email support@massfellerllc.com with the subject line Data export request or Account deletion request. We will respond within seven days and complete export or deletion within thirty days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
I think I found a security issue.
Email support@massfellerllc.com with the subject line Security report. We treat security disclosures seriously and will acknowledge within twenty-four hours. We do not run a paid bug bounty program at this time, but we will credit researchers who responsibly disclose issues.

App is broken on my device.
Email us with: device model, operating system version, app version (visible at the bottom of the dashboard's pages, in the form v{shortSha}·{date}), what you were doing when it broke, and any error message. The more detail, the faster the fix.
