A full golf league running in production on Par72 — the live proof that the platform manages a real season end to end. Schedules, scoring, member directory, course rotation across thirty-nine Front Range courses, GHIN handicap sync, and an AI scoring assistant, all in daily use through the season.

What it is

TPS League is Par72's first production deployment — tenant #1. It runs a 30-member traveling golf league across thirty-nine Front Range courses from May through October, replacing the spreadsheet-and-group-text approach with pairings generation, payment tracking, tee sheet email, GHIN handicap import, course geometry, and frost-delay tee-time shifting. It's the reference that shows Par72 handling a full live season, not a sandbox.

What it includes

Members get a dashboard, leaderboard, member directory, and check-in flow. Schedulers and admins get pairings, payments, settings, constraints, course management, GHIN handicap sync, frost-delay tools, lucky charm assignment, pin-sheet management, email campaigns, and an audit log that records actor and before/after state across every administrative action. NFC + QR check-in cards give each member a tap-to-identify interface. An AI scoring assistant ("Nineteen") helps with rules questions, scoring queries, and live-round support. A scheduled worker sends tournament reminders by SMS and push notification each morning of play.

Status

Live for the 2026 season, which opened May 7, 2026 and runs through October. The league site is at tpsleague.com. Other golf leagues and operators who want this for their own season should look at Par72, the multi-tenant platform TPS League runs on.

Privacy

TPS League's privacy practices are governed by the umbrella Massfeller LLC Privacy Policy, with the following TPS-specific notes:

• Member contact information (name, email, phone, optional GHIN ID) is shared within the league for the express purpose of league operation; not shared externally
• Scoring data, attendance, and payment status are visible to other league members and admins
• The "Nineteen" AI assistant routes conversation context to a third-party AI provider under their API data use terms; specific providers are listed in the umbrella policy
• Email campaigns to members include unsubscribe links honored at the recipient level
• NFC scan counters are tracked to detect cloning; suspicious counter regressions are logged and warned, never blocked
